Gourmet India’s Catering Food Stations are like a diamond in the ruff yet to be discovered! NAAN TACO STATION
Let’s start with the Naan Taco Station, I mean the name says it all but still it’s unclear what it’s all about. So you start with a palm size naan bread in our hand then next walk over to the protein section, grilled chicken with spices, chickpeas, lamb, or just veggies. Next up are your toppings and sauces. Toppings; fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped red onions, cilantro and chutneys choose several different or keep it simple entirely up to you.
The Gourmet India Salad Bar will be a winner amongst crowds once it’s introduced. The concept is simple, I mean everyone has heard or been to a salad bar once in their lives. What makes ours so special one would ask! Well ingredients are the main factor. You will not end up with the same bland shrimp or chicken served cold. Imagine nice juicy tender meats spiced perfectly with your salad, like tandoori shrimp, fish tikka, boneless spiced tandoori chicken, or spiced chickpeas. That’s just the beginning, next up are all the veggies starting with cauliflower, carrots, avocado and many more to choose from. After that move to the toppings like walnuts, strawberries, or cranberries. Finish it up with your favorite dressing and viola, you got a customized salad.
